Delete your account

Self-service account deletion

Use this page to permanently delete your Zoride rider or driver account without needing to sign in to the app. We verify your identity with a one-time code sent by SMS to your registered phone number.

This action is permanent. Once confirmed, your profile, saved documents, and login access are erased immediately and cannot be restored. Trip and payment history is retained separately for legal and accounting reasons — see step 4 below for the full breakdown of what's kept vs. erased.

If you have an active ride in progress, a non-zero wallet balance, or (for drivers) a pending daily fee, deletion will be blocked until that's resolved. Contact surajsahu.rideapp@gmail.com for help.

Name, phone, email, profile photo
Driver documents & vehicle details (drivers only)
Login access — you're signed out everywhere

Retained (not deleted)

Trip and ride history
Payment and wallet transaction records
Retained only as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes
